Free Worldwide Shipping
Every order ships free, to every country. No minimums, no hidden fees.

Delivery Time
Please allow 1–4 weeks for your order to arrive. Each piece is carefully processed and packed before it begins its journey to you. Once it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

During holidays and busy seasons, or due to customs and carrier delays, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. We appreciate your patience. It’s worth the wait.

Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it arrives. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at knitmaspj@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
